Hey there!

I'm Kass, the founder of Kassthetics, and I'm deeply passionate about guiding others on their path to wellness and healing. Through Kassie the Healer, I'm fulfilling my calling to share knowledge and help others.

As a Registered Nurse pursuing my Nurse Practitioner degree, I'm dedicated to addressing healthcare disparities, particularly within marginalized communities like BIPOC, women, and LGBTQI+ individuals.

Drawing from my personal journey as a biracial queer woman overcoming anxiety, trauma, and body image challenges, I understand the importance of holistic healing. Many tools, resources, and support are available to help guide you toward the future you desire, and my goal is to educate and empower you on this journey.
